Provider Eligibility Standards

Shiva in Motion may fund care only through providers that meet written eligibility and safety standards.

Our approach to provider eligibility

Shiva in Motion may fund care only through providers that meet written eligibility and safety standards. Our goal is to support access while creating a more accountable funding pathway for families. Provider review is open to any clinic or provider that wishes to be considered.

We do not refer families exclusively to any one provider. Provider inclusion in our network does not constitute an endorsement of any specific treatment or outcome.

Eligibility standards

To be considered, providers must demonstrate compliance with the following standards. Formal eligibility criteria are being finalized and will be published in full.

  • Legal authority to operate: lawfully authorized to offer the care in the relevant jurisdiction, with all required licenses, registrations, and regulatory authorizations
  • Licensed clinical supervision: care delivered under the supervision of a licensed physician or other appropriately licensed healthcare professional with relevant pediatric or neurorehabilitative experience
  • Written patient-safety procedures: documented informed-consent, adverse-event, and emergency-response protocols, available for review by Shiva in Motion
  • Transparent, itemized pricing: invoices, treatment records, and outcome documentation sufficient for Shiva in Motion to verify that grant funds are used solely for the approved purpose
  • Disclosure of all financial relationships: ownership, referral, compensation, or other arrangements with any laboratory, manufacturer, or vendor
  • No disqualifying regulatory or disciplinary history
  • For providers administering biological products: chain-of-custody documentation for each sample or product administered, per-sample quality reporting, on-site pediatric oversight at every administration, and a written adverse-event plan including pediatric-appropriate emergency equipment, rescue medications, and a pre-identified pediatric receiving hospital
  • Annual re-attestation and prompt disclosure of any material change in licensure, supervising clinician, ownership, regulatory status, or adverse events
  • Willingness to comply with Shiva in Motion reporting requirements on an ongoing basis
A formal provider registration and ongoing review process is being developed and will be available after our soft launch phase. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee inclusion in the provider network.
